I had the most incredible stay at a beautiful apartment with the best view I've ever seen! The team at The Spot Apartments - Orbi Beach Tower were so helpful and responsive, giving me great recommendations for things to see and do. They even surprised me with welcome snacks and wine! The apartment was clean and cozy, and the location was perfect. I can't recommend this place enough! I highly recommend this apartment for an amazing stay.

Wanted to see Batumi popular places and this apartment was suitable place for exploring most of them. A handy kitchenette was such a bonus. Staff was amiable.

The location of this apartment was fantastic, just a short walk to a Carrefour Supermarket, shopping mall, and the beach. The view from the apartment was stunning, facing directly onto the Black Sea, providing beautiful sunsets. The separate bedroom was a major plus, as many other properties in the area have the kitchen and bedroom together. The apartment was sparkling clean and new, with all modern amenities, making for a comfortable stay.

A minor complaint was the occasional smell of canalization in the bathroom, as well as some noisy neighbors and occasional trash falling onto the balcony from the unit above.

the spot apartments were amazing! the view was breathtaking, the apartment was clean and spacious. everything we needed was provided, and the staff were super helpful. it exceeded our expectations and made my birthday celebration in batumi extra special.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, with a direct view of the sea and beautiful sunsets. It was a pleasure to wake up to such a picturesque sight every morning. Additionally, the apartment was conveniently located, with a supermarket and shopping mall just a short 2-minute walk away. The proximity to the beach was also a huge plus, as we could easily access it within a minute's walk.

One of the few downsides was that the apartment felt cold during our stay, despite having the air conditioner turned on to the warmest temperature. Unfortunately, the bad and rainy weather didn't help either.
